Frank Fulbrook Way Memorial Resolution

After several conversations with some of our elected officials Councilman Lopez invites you to join him as he requests Council to consider approving a Resolution at the August 9, 2016 Council Meeting @ 5pm, entitled:

Resolution Authorizing a Ceremonial Street Name on Penn Street, beginning at  N. Third St. and  ending at Delaware Ave. to “FrankFulbrook Way”

Frank was a fixture in Cooper-Grant and the city for just about his entire life. Frank did it his way as he dedicated his life to the civic cause until he passed in August of 2013 at 64 years of age.  Please consider coming out to City Council Chambers 2nd Floor of City Hall 5th and Market St.  on August 9th 2016.
Perhaps you can comment/support same/ share a Frank Fulbrook experience.  Also, feel free to invite others who’d appreciate same.  Any questions, please do not hesitate to advise.  Thank you.
